Instructions
Prepare the Wings:
- In a bowl, mix together the all-purpose seasoning, white pepper, garlic granules, black pepper, parsley, baking powder, oil, onion powder, and salt.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the wings and toss them to ensure they are evenly coated. Let them marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
Air Frying the Wings:
- Arrange the marinated wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook them in batches if your air fryer is not large enough to fit all the wings at once.
- Cook the wings at 200°C for about 20 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time to ensure even cooking. Cooking times might vary slightly based on the size of the wings and the specific air fryer model, so keep an eye on them.
Prepare the Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
- In a bowl, combine the garlic puree, garlic granules, mayonnaise, melted butter, chili flakes, parsley, black pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
Coating the Wings:
- Once the wings are cooked and crispy, transfer them to a large bowl.
- Pour the prepared Garlic Parmesan Sauce over the wings and toss them gently to coat them evenly with the sauce.
