- 598ml(1 pint) milk (I recommend full fat milk but any works!)
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp chocolate powder
- 200 ml pot double cream
- 200g milk chocolate
- 3 tbsp smooth peanut butter

- Carefully chop up your chocolate and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with a couple tablespoons of milk to create a smooth paste. Ensure there are no lumps.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, pour in the milk and double cream. Stir occasionally and heat until warm but not boiling.
- Add the chopped milk chocolate to the saucepan, stirring constantly until fully melted and smooth.
- Whisk in the cornstarch paste and chocolate powder, making sure there are no lumps.
- Stir in the smooth peanut butter and continue to mix until fully combined and the hot chocolate reaches a thick, creamy consistency.
- Once the hot chocolate has thickened and is well mixed, remove it from the heat.
- Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or a drizzle of melted peanut butter for extra indulgence- enjoy!
