Do you really need a reason to bake a single dark, chocolatey brownie? Brownies are the best way to crave chocolate cravings, and this one is gooey, chocolate and fast.
Ingredients
- 100g dark chocolate
- 75g butter (margarine works too!)
- 100g white sugar
- 50g plain flour
- 1 egg

- 3.5 oz plain flour
- 2 eggs
- 10.6 oz dark chocolate
- 7.9 oz butter (or margarine)
- 10.6 oz white sugar
- 5.3 oz plain flour
- 3 eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 170 degrees Celsius
- Melt your chocolate and butter together in the microwave for 30-60 seconds or over boiling hot water.
- Add your sugar and whisk until completely combined this will help with the fudgy texture of your brownie
- Mix in your egg until combined then your plain flour.
- Add your brownie batter to a small dish (mine was 12cm dish) and bake in the oven for 12 mins!
- Enjoy with vanilla icecream!
